I really appreciated the hotel’s unique design, with its charming bungalow-style apartments that give the place a distinctive feel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The food was good, although a bit overpriced compared to similar hotels in Haiti. That said, there is room for improvement. The pool was not as clean as expected, and the internet connection was very poor, which can be frustrating for longer stays. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for a place with character.

I have been there on several occasions, The staff at Visa Lodge are all great. Great customer service and professional.

Now they take the security of the property very serious that was my concern on December 2022 and January 2023. Thank you so much , I recommend that place 5 stars .

I am a guest of the hotel I buy a dish of food I have not paid yet but I have to spend 4 days at the hotel barely 2 days. at 12 am an employee just knocked on my door to tell me that I haven't paid yet what ignorance except I'm still at the hotel for me it was a disappointment on my part... and in the end we took too much garlic in food....

I liked the room and the environment. The food was good. The only thing the staff wasn't friendly. They need to work on that. Maybe it's the way the country is living right now.well it could be better.
