The morning receptionist is enthusiastic and cheerful. The hotel is right in the old town, there is plenty of food so you won't be hungry. The hotel is within walking distance of the stone church and the train street cafe.

It 's right at the city center and accessible to all things you want to enjoy in Hanoi. You must try renting a bike for just 200k per day to explore the old quarters. The best thing I want to recommend is the excellent team of hotel staffs like Sophie, martin and many more of the team. I left an important expensive cream in the fridge and the staff helped me retrieve in perfect chilled condition. Thank you to all good people behind this great hotel and you left me a lasting positive impression of Hanoi.

Rooms are clean and safe. The receptionists are extremely cute, supporting me a lot, from the computer charger to the airport shuttle, and even lent me a helmet ^^. Next time I come to Hanoi, I will continue to choose the system.

The two female staff members are very friendly and supportive, so is the male night shift. Everything is great except the power outlet is a bit loose
