The Onsen baths are great after a city jaunt although a bit of a walk to the baths. Beautiful building and the Japanese room us spacious.

Very nice hotel and it is 10 minutes from the Ichiba, a great place to eat in Kochi City

This hotel was built in an official palace of Lord Yamanouchi, who was a key influential person for transition from Edo era to modern Japan, Meiji. We thus expected a nice Hotel, but disappointed by construction of a new building, which would not match with the history. Hot springs were not working due to some problem. Breakfast was a disapointment also.

A most professional and welcoming hotel. They were willing to spend extra time on makng me feel welcome even though I dont speak the language.

This hotel is close to Kochi's beautiful castle. It has a nice onsen and garden.

立地的には良いが、高齢者には、施設内アップダウンが多い。 スタッフの説明足りない。 朝食値段のわららに、品数少ない。

部屋で喫煙出来る

昔ながらの民宿という印象で、ゆっくりと過ごせました。 大浴場が24時までやって下さってるのはとても助かりました。

お部屋は綺麗に掃除されていました。 エアコンからコトコトと音がするし、他の宿泊者の生活音がきになりました。

露天風呂が最高でした〜

スタッフの対応がすごく良く　繁華街にも近かったので　夕食は　居酒屋さんで食べました　　美味しかったです

以前宿泊した時より改装されてきれいになっていました。

スタッフの方々も親切で温泉もすいていて楽しめました。
