Clean room and courteous staff

Everything was perfect. Clean, super service, restaurant menu was in the ball. Did not expect that. Overall top notch

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Everything is beautiful, clean, well thought. The staff kindly upgraded our room including a mini bar. The reception is very lively and the restaurant has delicious food and very hospitable staff. The hotel is a walk from the central bus station, a direct train to the airport and good public transport with only few stops to the city centre.

The room is clean, staff is nice. Stuffed with necessary amenities. The hotel is located near central station, with direct train access to the central train station and airport.

Great Hotel, a at central location in the city. Went der for a business course and had a nice stay.

I liked the bright, modern vibe of this hotel which seemed fairly new. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet at night. A parking garage was available but we parked on the street at a lower cost. We had a mini bar/fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Very short walk to a tram stop giving direct access to city centre. Very good breakfast choice. Check out not too early.

Stayed with family and was very convenient with tram access just around the corner. Though on a quieter area, which I liked but was not the happening area of town if you are looking for that . Breakfast was the best I have had in a regular hotel! The free mini bar in the room was an additional perk and the kids enjoyed it ! Overall more than worth the money !

Breakfast buffet: Very good selection and variety. I was always satisfied. Everything was clean, and the staff did a great job refilling the food. Staff was also good with taking away dirty plates and were very friendly. Bed comfort: The pillows on the fold-out bed were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Once they were changed, everything was fine. Bathroom: Nice and clean. Room: Very clean and in great shape. Gym: Small, but very clean. It has a nice small outdoor area to sit. The treadmill did not work, and the water cooler remained empty for two days until I informed the staff that it needed refilling. Staff: Very friendly

Nothing to eat (restaurants) or drink (coffee/pub/bar) near by. always have to walk 5-10 minutes to transit and take another 5-15 minutes to get somewhere. this is not how we usually travel, so it was a bit annoying. The hotel is nice enough, there is a snack common room that the kids liked to hang out in. drinks in the evening were ok. apparently there was food to order, but it wasn't obvious. and the snack area doesn't have reliable hours where staff was there. The workout room is small. The sauna is only available for a few hours at night (unfortunately not in the morning). No pool. I'd stay closer to town if I could do it over.

Close to centre, quiet rooms, air con does an ok job but I would have liked colder. A fridge in the room was much appreciated! Even though I didn’t ask for a clean I still got more water in my room. Slippers would be a nice addition. Breakfast was ok, expensive for what was on offer. WiFi a bit unreliable.

It was a nice short stay , room was clean , amenities were apt and breakfast was excellent .
