It was a great and memorable stay in this hotel. Very clean, surrounded with foods, very convenient and safe. I shall repeat and stay longer. Fully recommended.

Had a great one-night stay here. Parking is provided, nearby convenience stores and restaurants. The room is a bit small but suitable for a short-term stay.

I chose to stay at this hotel because it was close to my nephew's university, so there was no need to go far when my nephew visited. And around the hotel there are many choices of restaurants/places to eat. With the relative price, this is my choice when coming to Penang.

The hotel is worth the price. The location is close to supermarkets and food courts so it is not difficult at all to find food and souvenirs of chocolate and others.

Hotel facilities are appropriate, comfortable, clean, close to the university. There are many dining options near the hotel, close to Lotus too, cafes, etc.

Nice staff, clean and tidy room. The downside is the smart tv doesn't work because the wifi is problematic, and the shower curtain keeps moving towards the shower so it's a bit annoying. The location is very good. Close to places to eat and the center of the crowd.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Close to places to eat (McD, Nasi Kandar, Nasi Melayu, Subway) and hypermart (Lotus). A little drawback, the hotel room is small.

Wonderful, near usm campus, near shuttle bus, near supermarket lotus, near airport. I feel comfort for 3 night stay these hotel.

Everything was good but the sound proof is pretty bad. Midnight can hear clearly when other guest 's footsteps and when they opened their room doors.
