The hotel was phenomenal. The breakfast was included and it was delicious. We got the sweet and it overlooked the ocean. I would stay there again absolutely

Clean room and staff was great.

Everything was great.

We usually stay here because every room had a ocean view. This time they have a huge tent set up blocking the ocean view. We asked at the front desk and that tent is permanent now. So ask before booking a "ocean view" room.

Overall everyuthing was good. I did not realize that we would be on the third floor and there weren't any elevators and I have difficulty climbing stairs. I must request more information when I book any trip. Thank you.

We have stayed here many times, staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly but they need to update furniture and the rooms need more maintenance.. I was extremely disappointed this time due to poor house keeping when we got there and I was charged $300 pesos due to a minor food spill.. size of a dime not sure if I will book there again

Great place to relax

This was my first time staying at this resort, and I was a little nervous at first, but I absolutely loved it. The suite we received was one of the best, with a beautiful balcony right next to the beach. I enjoyed having breakfast while overlooking the ocean. The resort has two swimming pools, and the water was always warm and clean. The staff were amazing, especially the bartenders, who were very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was good, although I would have liked to see a few more options. I highly recommend trying the elote pancakes—they were delicious! Café Lulu and Café de Hoya were also excellent. We were able to check in before 1:00 PM, which gave us extra time to explore the resort and enjoy drinks at the bar. Overall, the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Rooms are outdated, old furniture and fixture. Don’t get a room downstairs lots of noise from upstairs rooms. Doors and windows are not secured, broken windows. I would not recommend this hotel. Unless you want to sleep with one eye open.

The bed sheets were dirty had some black stains and looked like they hadn’t changed any of the bed sheets neither the pillow case.Also the towels had dead bugs on them and floor restroom had bugs with hair as well as the toilet.For your breakfast the service was bad we waited there for one hour and never got a server to go take our order the server would just look at us and turn around never did she go ask for our order.Really bad experience.

I was looking forward to my stay here and planned to relax and enjoy the views. Unfortunately my room was next to a big party at the premises, I wish they could have told us. They should not give rooms literally next to a big tent party that went on for many hours through the night. I felt more tired than relaxed after I left. Dont Don’t do this to your guest, at least warn them or give them a further room.

When we arrived, our assigned room had limited electricity - the main lights in the room did not work. We reported this to the front desk and they assigned us the room next door. That room was substantially larger and had electricity, so we were satisfied with the switch. However, both rooms were tidy - not clean. There was some type of food still left in the sink and two plug in air fresheners to mask a mildew smell. We promptly unplugged the air fresheners because their scent was overpowering and unpleasant. The lights had metal tops that were unattached, and one fell as I was trying to plug my phone into the wall to charge! The balconies in the rooms are old and not structurally sound - be careful if you bring kids. The whole property was overall not to the standards of cleanliness we are used to - I believe a main factor of that is the lack of property maintenance. There needs to be a thorough update and clean of the property. The private beach we were able to access (without paying $50 USD per person, per day) was dirty and filled with trash, broken bottles & seaweed. Very poorly maintained and honestly embarrassing for a hotel property. Included breakfast only has 4 options, but all were good. We each had massages on property ($75 per person for 1 hour). The massage experience significant lacking in care & attentiveness. Although Gaby was kind, my massage was done carelessly & she didn’t even massage my whole left leg/foot! Staff was super friendly. Bar is great with delicious drinks. The views from the bar, cafe and restaurant are beautiful.

Mi habitación era en el primer piso, hasta ahí está todo bien, en la noche es donde empieza todo arriba de mi, que es el segundo piso había una pareja que no dejó dormir toda la noche, horrible uno va a esos lugares para descansar, no para escuchar gente gritar toda la noche horrible.
