Professional and friendly staff, location was great by the Malecon. The venue was very popular with people. Impression of the place was well keep but the furniture and decorum was worn, place needed renovation.

Todos hacen muchísimo ruido, desde los huéspedes que no les dicen nada, hasta las personas que hacen mantenimiento en las habitaciones no dejan de hablar desde muy temprano

On December they host parties and you can’t sleep.

The Rion Wash very dirty. Dirty Sheets and Yoeles. Towels had holes and they were very dirty.

Excellent staff.

The staff were incredibly welcoming the minute we stepped into the hotel, which was a nice feeling after traveling for a long period of time. Our view was incredible as well since we chose a room with an ocean view. I will say, though, that one little invonvenience was the elevator. There were times when it was not working too well, taking a little longer to open once we reached our floor of choice. Other than that though, wonderful experience, would come again.

Cleaning and linens needs to be updated.

Relaxing pool area. We were able to check in early from an overnight flight. Made the day and evening easy to enjoy after a nap!

The room was super comfortable

They give me a room that was next to some closet that was making a lot of noise. I asked him to switch my rooms. They say no they also give me towels that were ripped and hot holes in it, which was really disgusting. The bathroom smelled like sewer and this is really disappointing for the money that I paid for, and requesting a refund I left Hotel due to this Horrible experience I will never recommend this to anybody. I hope someone does anything about it. They supposed to be fun times when you go on vacation, but this is horrible experience and a refund for my stay there. Contact me at area code 661-221-1771.
