Stunning hotel. Great pool and food

Everything was great

I had a bad check out experience with the receptionist. He refused to give me my money back for the towel, but I am positive he never gave me receipt. I have the tax receipt in a folder, but never got a receipt for the towel and I remember giving him 20 euros and him giving me 10 euros back for change. He changed his story 5 times. I got the manager from the restaurant who tried to help, but once he left Paco just kept changing his story. Neither of his books have a receipt for my room either. I returned the towel. I did not get my money. Instead, he said to me, "Aren't you going to take a shower?" I don't think you should have dishonest and rude people working at the front desk. Everything else was fine, but this was unnecessary and left a bad taste in my mouth.

The all inclusive option had certain drink options but overall I enjoyed my stay

Price was on the higher end but the location and amenities were great.

Incredible place I’ve gone back again! Great stuff super clean so beautiful and the breakfast buffet is so good! Can’t wait to go back to Ibiza Twins

Great stay, has everything you need and within walking distance to some fun clubs.

Excellent hotel. Modern decor, new fixtures, clean, friendly, nice pool. Very close to bars and restaurants. A taxi stop is right in front of the hotel. A little far away from the Ibiza mayhem, but at the same time, it is quiet so one can rest. Definitely, I will come back to this hotel.

The location was great..however for the price you paid they should provide pool towel but they charge for it. There is a manager by the name Paola she was horrible with guest. My stay was not horrible. I would not recommend this place and they made you wear this wristband which I thought was very tacky

Very good: Position close to CityBoat Very bad: there is no direct access to the beach (the access door is blocked with chains), to take a swim in the sea you need to go outside the hotel through a dirty & smelly area. Very frustrating
