Price was very reasonable. Staff is very friendly.

This hotel is as bad as they come.The room smells, beds and the pillow are not clean to use, noise everywhere, and its location is far from anything attractive. This is a very low level hotel that is more like a run-down hostel, a dump. Stay clear from it.

Another good value: Not fancy, but everything I needed for business purposes, facility in pretty good condition--recently changed ownership, and has been upgraded somewhat, brought to comfortable enough status; staff was very helpful, not putting on a show, but ready to assist and always did a good job. Location is on a busy street, and a 10-15 minute bus ride or a good 25-30 minute walk to city center; neighborhood is in fair condition--you're getting a taste of daily local life here, rather than any kind of typical tourist experience. Nearby are a few pretty good places to eat ("Mi Favorito" taco shop was indeed my favorite--that and "Taco Pizza" are kinda classics of their realm, in different ways), a large, chain supermarket, a smaller grocery, and a very acceptable local chain coffee place. A good little internet shop 2 blocks away came through beautifully in a pinch, too, when my laptop malfunctioned. The only negative thing that stood out about this hotel was the radio/music played loudly (mid-morning to mid-evening) on the speakers in the middle of the first floor, prominently and proudly displayed on stands, as if this is a good thing, and management is thereby doing you a favor; this is Mexico, though, and I never travel here or anywhere anymore without earplugs and my ClearArmour shooter's safety ear muffs! I definitely would stay there again, unless they raise the price too much out of the value range.

The hotel was okay, a little ways out of town and not knowing the Puebla bus routes made for more expensive taxi rides into town. The employees were friendly and always tried to help with what you needed/wanted.

Buenos días en si yo hice la reservación para una amiga qué llegó de Acapulco y me comentó qué tardaron una hora para poder entregarle las 2 habitaciones porqué según ustedes nunca reportaron qué ya estaba pagado las 2 reservaciones qué falta de organización y respeto para las personas qué llegaron se fueron muy desilusionadas en fin

Se encuentra en buena ubicación pero la habitación no estaba acondicionada cuando llegue no tenía agua....

El hotel no se encuentra cerca del Centro como mencionan en la página

Solo me dieron 2 toallas para 3 personas, no me dieron shampoo, solo tienen 6 lugares de estacionamiento. Estaba un poco sucio cuando llegamos.

Muy rústico en su acomodación. No hay fotos que describan lo vas a encontrar.

El hotel en general es muy austero de a cuerdo con el precio, lo único incómodo es que hay mucho ruido por el diseño del mismo. El diseño de las habitaciones es raro

No esta cerca de la playa pero me parrce bien su ubicacion

Todo super bien, solo que se escucha mucho ruido de los pasillos hacia las habitaciones... Todo lo demás muy bien.... Tuvimos una habitación muy cómoda y limpia.

Reserve 2 habitaciones En una no había agua caliente y en otra el control remoto del cable no funcionaba Pocos contactos para conectar aparatos.

Un lugar muy bueno en dónde pasar la noche, cómodo y barato.

Al reservar un hotel económico sabía que mis expectativas no podían ser altas, aún así me decepcionó, no encontraban mi reservación cuando llegamos, los colchones están envueltos en plástico ruidoso e incómodo, no había toallas y tuvimos que salir a pedirlas, lo peor de todo es que algún insecto me picó mientras dormía y me sentí muy mal a causa del piquete. En definitiva no vuelvo a hospedarme allí.

Cómodo, un oxxo y Aurrera cerca, en la esquina hay unos tacos muy ricos.
