The hotel room is beautiful and spacious, just like in the pictures; it was very comfortable staying here.

Overall, it was terrible; the room was old, not soundproof, and both the room itself and the bedding were worn out.

With room rates over 1 million VND, I wouldn't say the experience here was very good. The rooms were quite old, and both rooms my family stayed in had no windows, making them very stuffy. There was a musty smell in the room, like old bedding and a slightly stale odor. The biggest drawback was the soundproofing; at midnight, I could hear loud footsteps and doors opening and closing outside. In short, I didn't sleep a wink. I was so fed up in the morning that I didn't even want to eat or drink anything here, so I don't know what to expect. Think carefully before you stay here. The only good thing about this place is its location in the Old Quarter.

The hotel's location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. The downsides are that the air conditioner's fan is missing, making it very hot; the hairdryer is too weak; and the hot and cold water dispenser doesn't work properly and the temperature can't be adjusted as desired.

The room photos are not the same as the cover. The photos look good, but when you actually stay there, the accommodation is very old. Compared to the price, it's just so-so.

From my experience traveling, I found the hotel does not meet the 4-star standards as the hotel stated. The bathroom is cramped.

Shower so weak, noisy from next room till 3am, simple breakfast, good thinks is location and friendly staff.

the hotel was okey. not really that satisfiying but not really bad. I order family room with size 45m2. and it feels smaller than its size. there are so many foreigner in this hotel but the staff at the buffet hardly speak english. breakfast just like that. in my opinion it could be better since the price is not that cheap also.

The hotel is in a central location, very convenient for travel, cozy rooms, comfortable, quite cheap price, breakfast is quite rich, the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, you help me I booked a tour to Ha Long and Sapa, I had a very good experience here.

Hotel is very clean, food not bad, they prepare hot yummy pho for breakfast, juice and fruits everyday. The hotel has lift, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Surrounded by good food sells by the locals, walking distance to shopping area and hoan kim lake .. nice!
