The rooms and refrigerator were larger than some motels very clean , beds slept wonderfully they have balconies. That is the main reason that I reserved it. Our room wasn’t the greatest for the balcony view because it was on the bottom floor, but that was OK the next time I will request one on the second or third floor. The pool areas are fantastic.

Great time and as always great place to stay. We had left a stuffed animal in the room and they called before we left town so we went and retrieved animal for the great grandson. A hidden gem always a pleasure to stay. Home away from home.

Pleasant family owned property located right on the Parkway. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were readily available to help with anything needed. My husband and I have found our new go to spot in Pigeon Forge!

It wasn't as great as the rating. The breakfast was disappointing. Bagels, frozen waffles, and hard boiled eggs. No fresh fruit and the coffee wasn't very good.

Enjoyed the outdoor pool and friendly staff.

Like the other reviews here, we are very pleased with our stay, especially the staff at the front desk who were SO kind and helpful with everything. I will offer a few things though just so people know: the parking lot and grass are a little messy with trash [old receipts and cups] and Canada geese poop; the wifi signal is good but the internet is slow. Still, if you can look past that, it's a great place to stay for location, price, clean rooms, and graet staff!

First time staying here and will be back! We come to Pigeon Forge often and not sure why we have never heard of this gem of a motel. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Pigeon Forge.

loved everything about hotel, will return to stay

Shower was so disappointing. Very small and not strong pressure. Outside is outdated. Outside pool was not clean alot of bugs and hot tub was nice but again old and needs updated. Breakfast okay but not a big selection. People very friendly and room very clean. Beds were soft. It was just okay. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff were down to earth and so friendly and helpful!

Nothing to complain about. I have been around the country and outside of the U.S. I have stayed in several hotels and this by far is the best value I have found! It is not close. Exceeded expectations in every category. Will be back!!
