It's a very nice option if your intention is be quiet, in piece and having nature around you. :) Very recommended!

Shower was cold and very very slow. Food was very expensive and not very good

The rooms are small but very clean. There wasn’t any hot water for the shower, but it didn’t bother me since the weather was hot outside. The place is also very quiet—perfect if you’re just looking to relax.

Noisy beds that squeak, bug-infested kitchens, bad music playing in the speakers… a two-star hotel sold as five-stars. Will not come back ever again!

this place was amazing!!! it was our 37th Anniversary and this place was just right what we needed to get away from the city. the sound of the river was smoothing. loved this place even for 1 night.

Fue la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en el hotel porque nos encanta pero en esta ocación lucía mas descuidado, la habitación y el baño estaban descuidadas y la piscina estaba sucia. La recepcionista dió un mal servicio. La comida y las atenciones del restaurante y el bar si fueron muy buenas como de costumbre

The most horrible experience due to management. I was contacted by the property a few hours prior to checking in and informed that they weren’t able to accommodate me for my reservation due to the hotel being overbooked. Not to mention I had reserved my stay 2 months in advanced. And the only solution they had was to accommodate me at their other location, Hotel Pinar. A day later, I was informed that the president was staying at the hotel. Wished this could’ve been handled in a more professional way and maybe contacted a day in advance, where I could have time to planned and cancel in advance.

This place is magical, love the stay. It great place to be at piece, have a great meal, nice massage, a sit by the river.

We have visited before and the Staff was excellent

Breakfast buffet on Sunday extremely delayed by an hour. There were nice to give you some coffee but we were starving since 7:00 am. Bed was full of ants. Had to clean it up every night before sleeping. Besides that, Staff was very nice and responsive.

The restaurant at the hotel offer very good food. The hotel is very clean and you will be surrounded by nature. Very beautiful place.

Disappointing stay. I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was lacking from the start, there was hair in the room and bathroom, and the bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned. The pool was foggy and didn’t look well-maintained, which was a letdown since we had looked forward to using it. One of the biggest issues was that the photos online were very misleading. The rooms in person were outdated and in desperate need of renovation. What we expected based on the listing did not match the reality at all. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until some serious updates and improvements are made, especially with cleanliness and overall maintenance.

Excellent eco friendly place with nature views. Rooms little outdated and may use some tech upgrades like usb ports , etc.

The property is amazing, the view from the bridge and the river are so nice. The hotel is a spectacle. The room that we had was nice with a pool view. The room could use some renovation. The price for one night led me to believe that it would be 10 out of 10 but it was more like 7 out of 10 for the room and 100 out of 10 for the property. The area requires a car for getting around. There are amazing things to see within a 20-25 min drive.

Me encantó este hotel! La única observación que haría es que a mi habitación le faltaba un poco más de luz; se me hizo muy oscura para mi gusto y siento que le faltaba una actualización. Estaba un poco old fashion. Pero después de ahí; me encantó todo.
