The only thing I would say is that they need to screw the box spring to the floor and get new mattresses. Also the tiki bar needs more consistent hours and later hours.

We enjoyed the beautiful view, friendly staff, and nice and clean rooms and kitchen area.

Such a great place to stay in Panama City Beach. We like smaller places and the Osprey is just right. Great location, great view from our balcony and great service. We will definitely be back.

Old “motel’ not a hotel. It was clean and the bed was comfy so I guess that’s all that matters but it was not worth the money it cost.

The personnel at this property were very nice and helpful. The location was fantastic and the beach was wonderful. We had a very good trip and I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is on the beach with excellent beach view, my son enjoyed his first beach experience very much! Hotel staff also very good! We enjoyed there very much!

This beach front property is in a great location, close to the fishing pier, restaurants and shopping. The balcony facing the gulf is priceless. The property itself is dated and needs a face lift. We requested the staff twice to fix the electric plug to charge our cell phones, but they never showed up. We rented two beach chairs and an umbrella for $39.12 (over $40 after tips). The rental was supposed to be for a full day. We got to use the set for less than 3 hours and were told to return set by 4:00. That is when their day ends.

Nice clean family friendly place , staff was really nice as well . Parking was limited on beach side but had additional parking across street .

The room was great but could not enjoy the balcony all the time because the people next to us kept smoking marijuana and the smell was overpowering and nasty.

This was our second year staying here. We love it! It’s very family oriented and kid friendly (movie night, kids games where they can win ribbons, sand castle competitions, watermelon time etc). Within walking distance to Pier Park (shopping/dining). We will definitely go back.

I love the Osprey Have stayed several times. Is it fancy ? No. But it is clean and feel so comfortable. My husband spent 4 days in the hospital on our last trip. I felt safe and they took care with the recommendations for ER. We even had to stay more days. Very accommodating. Going back in October, will be our 3rd stay this year.

The location of the property was amazing. The condition of the property could use some updating and repairs, but we were comfortable there.

The location of this property is excellent, right next to the Hyatt and near Hwy 79. This property is right on the beach in an area that was not very crowded. The property had been updated, with new kitchenettes. The beds were comfortable and the property had a pool, bar and hot tub. It is convenient to many dining options.

Wonderfull place to vacation whith Children.the clean and comfortable rooms whith a beautifull view of the sea.
