Great room, service,location and staff

Very nice hotel. Breakfast voucher was great.

We came for one night. We do this often because we live about 3 hours away. This is our favorite place to stay. It’s convenient to shopping, eating and attractions. We were able to check in early. The grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers and birds. Breakfast is across the street at Reagan’s with free pancakes or the bar for a small fee.

Loved the room. Shower and bathroom really nice!

This property was only 10 mins to Dollywood, walking distance to The Island and to many other things to do. The room was quite nice and super clean. There is a large covered fire pit area where you can roast marshmallows and sit in rockers. It's right on the river so you can sit down there and fish if you wanted. Staff was friendly and respectfully. Breakfast was actually a voucher for a small stack of pancakes at the restaurant across the street. If you wanted the buffet it was a very small upcharge. The plane had the best fluffiest pancakes....amazing! I'm already planning on going back.

I felt like I was in a swiss chalet. It had beautiful hanging baskets on the walkways, with rocking chairs and flowers galore. The rooms felt like log cabins, roomy and very clean. It is a wonderful place. The employees were just the best!

Nice property with pretty grounds and pool. I have stayed there twice and would do so again.

Staff is friendly, property is well maintained and had nice touches like many seating areas outside. The chairs and couch in the room were comfortable. They had live music which was nice. Our one complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were cheap and it was evident.

Where to start? This is a lovely place with recent renovations that show love and intentional touches to make the place special. The staff are incredibly caring and give great attention to detail. We had a little situation with our shower leaking and they kindly called to ask permission to enter the room to check things out. Then apologized profusely when we needed to change rooms. We will absolutely be back and we're sharing with everyone we know!

The property is beautiful, with lots of flowers and trees. There are lots of birds and nature. It is a peaceful and tranquil place to stay.

Our room was ready early which was very convenient for us because we arrived earlier than we expected, room was very clean and comfortable within walking distance of most of what we came for.

This was a great find, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent rates especially compared to similar places. We will definitely be back!
