Nice and Friendly Staff A little far from most restaurants Older facility, no elevator(Guest Room on 2nd Floor)

Beautiful hotel! We visited over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were fantastic! Although there was a language barrier, everyone was friendly and really made an effort to make sure our needs were met. The hotel isn’t in the best location but you can easily walk into town and the hotel provides a shuttle to the ski resort and train station. Our room was huge! Even by American standards.

The hotel location is definitely a quiet one though a bit inconvenient to go around other part of Karuizawa. The staff are extremely kind.

Hotel staffs are very helpful but restaurant choice less

Hotel offers a shuttle to Karuizawa Ski resort which is convenient. No restaurants within walking distance though the shopping plaza across the ski resort has many restaurants. Free parking was a plus and large room was great.

It is about 15 min. walking from the JR station. You may contact the Hotel for free transport from and to the Station. Environment is good and quiet, no shops or restaurant nearby.

軽井沢駅まで徒歩圏内

ホテル内外にエスカレーター、エレベーター、スロープが無いので、高齢者や怪我人にはツラい。

価格が安かったので期待してませんでしたが、ホテルの方の対応が良くて大満足。 軽井沢に旅行の際にはまたコチラに宿泊したいと思います。 下手な高級ホテルより絶対良いです。 オススメです。

部屋は大変広く清潔でした。静かな環境で快適。

階段しかないので足の悪い方は無理ですね、

軽井沢は夜遅くなるとコンビニもなく、レストランの閉店も早いため、近隣では軽食もとれない。ルームサービスや土産店や自販機で食事を購入できるようにするなど配慮が欲しい。

軽井沢駅、旧軽に、車で移動が楽。

溫柔，體貼及有禮貌的工作人員為這家報到櫃檯位於二樓的飯店增色許多。此外，隨時可以預約飯店至滑雪場及車站的接送服務也是服務的特色。總結，非常好的飯店體驗，我們一定再來。

場所も良くコスパにはリーズナブルで満足しています。ルームサービスでも融通きかせてくださり有り難かったです。 エントランスまでが階段でしたが、荷物が重かったため、少し大変でした。帰りはスタッフが持って下さいました。

Wi-Fiの電波が悪くて残念でした

こじんまりした静かなホテルです。特にスタッフの自然体の親切が心地よかったです。

清潔なホテルでしたが年数の古さとベッドの狭さを感じました。

ホテルの環境は清潔で清閑で狭隘感もなく、心地良くのんびりと2泊3日を過ごせました。レストランで固苦しいデイナーでなく一品料理がいただければと思いました。
