This was a great hotel to stay at after 3 long days on the road. It was quiet and comfortable. Nice rooms. welcoming staff

Have stayed multiple times. Easy access to the city, for what I need. Starting to show its age and could stand a bit of a refresh but rooms have always been clean, bed comfortable and staff pleasant.

Room was clean and tidy! Staff was amazing as always. Good price and delicious food. We didnt stay for breakfast as we were short on time, but it smelled good!

The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and our room and breakfast was excellent for our stay. The only qualm was that my husband's truck was scraped in the parking lot. The stalls are quite narrow and parking is limited near the front.

The staff were excellent. Kind and very helpful. The property itself was very poor. Broken blinds, broken heater, dusty and an overall rundown appearance.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, location great for our visiting plans. Woud stay there again.

I have never been disappointed with the service level and courtesy of staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of parking and convenient location. Right by the Yellowhead and accessible to many different areas of the city.

Love staying here. Conveniently located just off highway 16 so the perfect place to stop if travelling through. Although it’s next to the highway and train, outside noise is quite muffled and didn’t affect my sleep. High ceilings, wide hallways and just very spacious all around. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean room

First, the so-called handicapped parking was ridiculous. Separated from the front door by a railing and long curb, and sloped, when there is flat, unimpeded parking directly to the left of the front doors. Second, having to buy breakfast, at $15.00 - $25.00 feels incredibly cheap on the part of the hotel. Especially when they have a prime rib buffet for lunch every day for $25.00, which, having things to do, I was never around to take advantage of. Third, the utter lack of towel bars in the bathroom. It was not an accessible room, so I'm not talking about grab bars - although one in the shower would not be amiss - but simply places where it might be handy to hang a towel, like outside the shower. Or closer to the sink. Or any place to hang a wet washcloth. Finally, low-flow toilets set too low to flush toilet paper on the lighter flush, let alone anything more substantial. Dual flush is good, having to use the heavier flush for everything is not good. Worrying about whether the heavier flush will clear the bowl is even more not good.

Staff services was amazing

Great experience overall from the quick and easy check-in, the very affordable restaurant food, and quick check out. Lots of room for parking, rooms are very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable.
