The hotel is very comfortable, and the location is strategic. Considering the location and price, it is quite affordable and a great choice. I stayed here a few days ago and decided to book and stay here again. However, the cleanliness and condition of the balcony furniture need more attention. During my stays, I experienced inconsistency in room quality. In one room, the balcony chair was in good condition and comfortable, while in another room there was only one chair, and it was dirty and not suitable for guests to use. The chair was damaged and poorly maintained. The supply of daily amenities such as toothbrushes, slippers, and other essentials was not automatically replenished and had to be requested from the staff. Also, just so everyone knows, the hotel is located right next to a busy road. Most importantly, the hotel does not have car parking. There is no parking solution provided by the hotel for guests who arrive by car. If you are driving, I recommend parking at TS Parking Seminyak (a paid 24-hour parking area located next to Bara Bistro Restaurant, use Gojek to go to hotel 2-3 mins or just walk 15 mins). Just an honest review to help future guests. Thank me later!

For those who really want to enjoy the sunset or chill easily to Double Six Beach and its surroundings, this hotel is highly recommended because it is very easy to access and finding food here is also easy, the surroundings are okay.

It was sufficient. If you need a place for a quick layover, and you’re too tired to go into Istanbul… this place works. There are good restaurants super close with friendly staff.

Untuk lokasi mudah ditemukan, hanya saja memang tdk ada parkir mobil ya. Dan property kebanyakan tamu bulenya ya.

Comfortable, cheap and clean, close to everywhere in the Seminyak area.

I booked 6 rooms 4 deluxe rooms and 2 balconies, the deluxe room was pretty good, clean only the bathroom was clogged so the shower water didn't go into the drain, I called room service many times and it wasn't picked up until I tried to clean the clogged drain hole myself so that the puddles could came out, while the balcony room was cramped, there was one of the other deluxe rooms that I saw booked for my sister, the television also didn't turn on, another deluxe room for my parents, the AC remote couldn't be used because the screen was broken so the AC settings couldn't be adjusted so I used another room's remote , for a friendly and kind receptionist where we request an additional check out time for 2 rooms because we are still waiting for other families who haven't finished their business but we are given a bonus 1 free extra time room so we get 3 rooms but only pay extra time for 2 rooms, the receptionist only there is 1 person and there is 1 other employee it looks like room service only because maybe it's the Eid holiday so it can't maximally serve all complaints, not to mention whether maybe the manager or who I don't know who lives on the 4th floor near my room reprimands us who are considered noisy disturbing the another even though we actually went to another room to check the condition of the room with the complaints I mentioned earlier but we contacted roomservice there was no answer, or maybe because we did get 3 rooms there and there were several small children so when we went in and out of the room from one room going to other rooms is considered disturbing, this hotel does not have a parking lot so the parking is along the road in front of the hotel, there is no bottled mineral water but there is a gallon water dispenser which can be refilled as needed, toiletries only get soap and shampoo no toothbrush but there is a hairdryer.

Ok accommodation in front of the pool. Where near. Excellent. It seems good for a long stay later.

Petugas hotel tidak ramah, tidak pakai sepatu tapi hanya sandal jepit, kamarnya kotor sekali, air mineralnya dari air galon seperti kos-kosan, padahal harganya cukup mahal 460 ribu per malam, ke depannya maaf saja tidak mau nginep di sini lagi.

Kamar mandi licin, dan bau kurang enak.

Very good location. Not too crowded and not too quiet. Only 5 min from double six beach. Nice pool. Nice breakfast. Good service.

Overall great but the breakfast almost giving us pork bacon that actually I wearing hijab.

A boutique hotel with a view that is no less like a 4 star. These hotels are all in PAS. fitting pocket, fitting facilities, fitting the room, fitting the location is not too far away from the public area. Suggested breakfast variations are propagated

For hotel and food, okay. But for car parking and security services / car parking staff, please further improve.

Clean and reasonably good small hotel. If you are looking for a cheap hotel with nice rooms and a location near the beach, this is the hotel you are looking for. Breakfast is indeed a limited choice of menus but for your taste I think it is quite delicious. Swimming pool is too small according to me. Over all 8/10
