This hotel gets a 10 out of 10. I've been staying here for 10 years when in Mx city. Clean, friendly staff, professional, family oriented, not overpriced. This hotel has everything without the crowds.

The room was dusty from the floor, and the bed had hairs all over, even pubic hair.... it was disgusting. I was able to use another sheet but room was not clean, specially the bed. Shower mat was all black and there was a party in the whole restaurant on Saturday 12/13 and the noise was horrible, they shouldn't do it if the noise affect the sleep in the hotel guests...... honestly very disappointed cause i saw better reviews for this hotel.

Would not recommend.. condescending receptionist that was so annoyed when I interrupted his social conversation with the hostess from the restaurant to ask to activate my keycard for the second night in a row.

As soon as I found bedbugs, we grabbed our luggage and ran downstairs to let the front desk know. Her reply was non chalant almost like it was common practice. She then proceeded to say ok go to this room, it doesn't have any. After a sleepless night I would have to say, never again!

Very clean and very helpful staff

For what you pay it’s an amazing deal. It’s not in the “typical” zone, but it’s like $6 -us- to get a DiDi or uber to that zone. It’s also a safe area. We walked 6km one day and never felt unsafe. The one draw back is our rooms water pressure wasn’t great for showers - that being said - they will get a 5/5 from us. We will be back.

I stayed at this hotel from October 16 to the 19th and unfortunately came home with bed bug bites. A couple of days after checking out, I began noticing multiple itchy, red bumps that were later confirmed to be bed bug bites. This was very disappointing and concerning, as cleanliness and guest safety should always be a top priority. I hope management takes immediate action to have the suite professionally inspected and treated so that no other guests have to experience this.

Easy to arrive, very good quality room and very good service. Dinner was great, while breakfast was not.
