Very small room. Noisy street. Good access to buses.

Customer service was amazing. We had two hiccups on our visit. Neither of which were the hotels fault and they did an amazing job helping us to fix these problems. Two different front desk staff and they were super helpful. Thank you ladies. Rooms and breakfast were fine.

The day was very good. The only part of the experience that was less than excellent. Was a very tiny bathroom. Was hard to maneuver around the door. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk service was truly excellent.

Good stay. Staff were really friendly and also allowed me to keep luggage there for the day after check out. The hotel is about 20 min walk from the main square. There is also public transport available right outside.

Very nice and cozy hotel with the walking distance to main train station (glavni kolodvor) and reasonably priced.

The room was so hot in April and despite repeated requests to turn off the central heat or start the airconditioning (whatever the reason was), that was not done. The room controls did nothing at all. So I slept with all my windows open and minimum gear. Overall, not comfortable to sleep which is the main reason for a hotel room!

Nice and clean hotel within walking distance to the city center. Great breakfast and friendly, English-speaking staff. One of the more affordable options I found, and I was very satisfied with the quality. Bonus: there’s a bar in the lobby!

The room was nicely decorated. It was pretty basic but usable. The shower volume was really good. Somehow it ran out of hot water in the morning however. I don’t know why. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. Our room was facing the street, and it was quite loud from the local light rail at night
