Right next to construction site. room was quite small but comfortable if not staying in room. could be annoying if neighbour is noisy

During my trip I have never experienced anything like this. Where I have entered the room, suddenly other guests can also enter the room and get the same room number. When I called the operator, the front officer told me to change room, I haven't finished talking on the phone and the front officer he has turned off my phone, Very bad management hotel while I was travelling. The room is very dusty, the air conditioner is not cold. I really don't recommend this hotel for travelers.

The old hotel is quite old, but can sleep. Prices may be expensive. Because it is in a good locale Breakfast can be eaten if the person who has been 3-4 stars And found this is 2 stars Breakfast doesn't matter Location is available through the view on the rooftop pool, beautiful at night, very beautiful. The hotel has a very strategic location near the Mekong River and a gathering area for foreign tourists. Right in front of the hotel there is a halal restaurant which is always crowded with Muslims with good food and lots of menus and relatively cheap prices. The hotel rooms are clean and aircon, tv & hot water are all normal. Stamdar has provided 2 towels, soap, shampoo, 2 bottles of mineral water. Only 300 meters away from Phnom Penh night market that wants to buy cheap souvenirs. Want to find atm, minimarket or just a lot of hangouts around the hotel. For payment transactions can use American dollars or frangipani riel. Distance 1.5 km from the palace of the king of Cambodia. With cheap prices, you can get breakfast. The staff are also friendly. Really recommended anyway.

I book my room 3 days before but get room on 6th floor and escalator is out of order while I am stay there, breakfast good but all remain headache

Position is great! Breakfast not many choice but still ok. In front of Halal Restaurant. Wifi good.

Strategic location, anywhere you want, lots of public transportation if you want to go to the royal palace, national museums, central market, night market, walk to the large Mekong river, friendly receptionist, only the hotel room is narrow and the bathroom is dark because the floor and the walls are dark and the lights are small again, hihi scary. Suggestions change immediately. Okay.

The room is dusty and not very clean.

Location was fantastic. Service was great. Staffs were so friendly and very helpful. Room was very very clean - but the drawback is the noise from the corridor and inside the rest of the building was very loud. It woke us up 6 am daily...

Very attentive and friendly staffs, great location close to night market and riverfront, nice breakfast, fabulous view from the rooftop.

Somewhere busy, halal food is hard to find, difficulty communicating with locals.
