Loved this bed and breakfast stay for a nice weekend for my husband and I. Nice short walk to a beautiful beach, able to walk to restaurants and shops (or very short drive). Easy parking. Delicious breakfast each morning, snacks available during the day and refrigerator for anyone to use in main dining room. Would definitely stay there again!

Staying at the Windemere is a truly exceptional, five star experience! Kim, the inn keeper, was an amazing hostess, making us feel right at home from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. She and her lovely team provided the most amazing breakfasts throughout the visit. The property itself is extremely well maintained and beautiful. It has become my absolute favorite vacation destination, and I can hardly wait to return! Thank you, Kim in the whole crew at Windemere for creating such an extraordinary vacation experience!

We love staying at Windemere Inn. It’s clean quiet and steps from the beach. We have stayed here multiple times. Excellent staff, great food and amazing view. They have everything you need to enjoy the beach!

Windemere by the sea was better than advertised. Kim and all the staff were attentive and available with any needs. Homemade, fresh breakfast everyday. Very good service. They had beach towels, chairs, tables and umbrellas. Lots of information about area attractions and every inch of the property was immaculate, well cared for and clean.

I liked how they had direct access to the beach and also had beach chairs with umbrellas if you needed them. along with beach towels! Also loved the soaps and shampoo they provided!

Another wonderful stay at the Windemere Inn by the Sea. The staff is very friendly and have thought of everything you would need in your room. Breakfast is delicious and the beach is just across the street (never any traffic). We'll definitely be back next time we're in the Melbourne area.

Property is located right on the beach which makes it very convenient to spend as much time on the beach as you like. You can take a break and come back very easily. The property provides beach towels and chairs. The private pool is also a plus. The breakfasts are amazing and prepared fresh for each guest. The staff are very hospitable and made sure any need we had was met. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was exceptional!

All staff were nice and we love our room and the view. They breakfast is delicious we enjoyed all of them. The room have all the stuff you need. We love our stay and hope to be back soon.

From check in until check out the staff and stay were excellent it felt like we knew everyone as they were super friendly even other guests. Would definitely stay here again in the future. AAAA rating for sure !! Thanks again for everything Nathan and I really enjoyed our stay.

I visit my family in Melbourne from time to time. I always look for a place on the beach. I love bed and breakfast. The hospitality was above and beyond. Very accommodating, clean, food was delicious. I definitely would go back.
