The unique about it the location it’s central , the staff @ the reception should be more flexible

Wonderful hotel with top class service.

Hotel simplesmente incrível da chegada até a partida, legítimo 5 estrelas. O atendimento é espetacular, um carinho sem igual. A dona é brasileira, fez questão de nos encontrar, muito simpática. Recebemos um ursinho na cama do meu filho na chegada, muito fofo. Tudo impecável voltaria muitas vezes com certeza

Cet hôtel a tout pour bien faire: bien aménagé, personnel très sympathique et bonne cuisine. Mais quand il a de la musique à fond jusqu’à 4-6 heures du matin sans avertissement lors de la réservation c’est inadmissible. Pas possible de dormir. Et le directeur prétend intervenir 3 fois - sans que rien change évidemment - et qu’il faut changer de chambre à 2:30 du matin pour fermer un œil, c’est très décevant.

La stanza dava sul cantiere non c'era la macchina del caffè come sulla conferma il minibar era veramente povero niente da mangiare all'arrivo la stanza era pulita ma il secondo giorno la pulizia lasciava a desiderare il buffet della domenica non era gran chè mi aspettavo di meglio da un albergo 5 stelle
