Location is in riverside bit far from the city, not really my favorite to explore bangkok. We wanted to stay there to explore the silom nightmarket and bars but unfortunately the market has been stopped since pandemic. The hotel is kind of old, very standard for 3star hotel, we wanted to runaway when we just arrived 🙃 but actually the room is pretty OK. Spacious too, the bed and the pillows were too hard. The pool was under maintenance and the staffs were the best helpful.

Nice hotel, not so beautiful from outside but the room I had was very nice. Only negative point was the water power in the shower, not so strong. Friendly Staff as well.

The staff are all smiling. The room is spacious, clean, good value, not far from the electricity. If there are elderly adults staying The stairs are quite steep and steep. No way to push luggage

The room does not match the specification as booked with the app. Rest on the high floor, but get downstairs. High steepness, we carry a large bag of luggage up to the end. Finally, bellboy To be enthusiastic to help 👎 The location is not good 👎

Classic and clean hotel, room is large with living room and small pantry inside. Furniture was wood traditional Thai style. The location is good, near the shopping and night market area, easy for traditional food, starbuck and other fast food. The staff was friendly, they speak English fluently and very helpful. But the main footstep in the lobby need to be upgrade, its difficult to slide the big luggage and watch out for children as well as senior people for step.

We didn't dine in at The Grand Sathorn and didn't use complimentary wifi so we couldnt say how it was. But overall experience was brilliant, large room size, all facilities such as hair dryer, toothbrush & toothpaste are provided. Less than 5 minutes walk to BTS surasak

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel after making fast online reservation, the time I arrived in Bangkok at night. The staffs were very friendly for accepting us, though they had not received a notification concerning my reservation. I booked the standard room, but then I was upgraded to suite room due to full booked. I stayed in suite room for 2 nights and I just paid for standard room, I was lucky then ! The suite room was very big, the interior was rather old, they have wooden floor, the couch was old, everything seemed classic. I even could hear the noise of people walking above my room, and the wall was not sound proof too. This hotel is near the big road, and near the Taksin BTS ( just take 10 minutes walk It's quite far from the centre of the city ( silom, sukhumvit but it's approachable either by taxi or BTS. I enjoyed my stay here.
