Incredible sunsets daily!!!! Location superb, staff incredible and hotel very clean & comfortable . Breakfast was great every morning with the best home made pastries. Anita was awesome! A definite 10++++

The reservation was not what we booked. We were told your reservation is for tomorrow. We showed our paperwork and was told no good. Was forced to make a reservation with another hotel for 1 night. Needed to change my reservations going forward also. Staff otherwise very good, but you better love hiking hills into town. Parking convenient. Breakfast good.

Great place

Great property with a great staff. However, parking is an issue. There is very limited parking but it is not associated with the hotel. The hotel staff were no help with parking.

Staff, Location, Restaurant and Room all Excellent!

The hotel is very conveniently located right near the cable car down to the beach. Also, right near the main attraction of Taoromina which is the uptown area for shopping and restaurants. Well, it’s right in the middle of everything you want to see you do have to deal with the traffic and parking. The rooms however, were soundproof and we slept very well. The spa was quiet and peaceful and we had a wonderful experience.

This room was just okay for what we paid, the laminate flooring was not in great shape. The plus was the great balcony view, staff at the reception was very helpful in arranging a beach day. Very close to the main shopping and dining area. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

Reception staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful with great customer service skills. Hotel was very nice, clean and modern with a rooftop bar. Like many other hotels in Taormina the hotel is located on a hill. While I would certainly stay at the hotel again, parking unfortunately was a nightmare. There is a parkade adjacent to the hotel and unfortunately it was full. Had to shuttle to the hotel after I found a spot a significant distance away.

Staff was amazing very freindly and helpfull, especially Elema. The only criticism was the air conditioning was not cold enough

Poor customer service. The spa facility had several problems such as lack of transparency of additional cost to use. They told my group that you could use the spa if you book a massage that cost 60€ per person, then at check out they charged each person additional 30€ for the use of the spa. Not to mention, the spa facility was ran down with broken wood panels in the dry sauna and the steam room was not turned on for the first half hour. It was more stressful than relaxing experience altogether. The 30€ massage experimentar at the beach was 10 times better than of the Taormina Palace Hotel.

The property doesn’t have a pool, only a spa that you have to pay for. My kids were really disappointed.
