Hotel Isabel is one of the finest hotels in which we have stayed. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished; the beds are large. The receptionist, a young man, exceĺled in his helpfulness, politeness and sunny nature. Thank you.

Nice friendly staff. Comfortable town hotel for overnight stop route to France. Excellent value evening meal- rustic Spanish food 3 course including btl wine/water/sparkling water for just 15 euros a person. Number of little shops bars etc within 5 minutes walk. Would stay here again as good value for money.

Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Would have given higher ratimg but WiFi did not work on the third floor. They use a repeater for the WiFi and it was not accessible to be reset, so, no WiFi.

We had a problem with the room at the beginning, it was a room that smelled of cigarettes, whoever was there before smoked in the room and everything starts with the curtains, the blanket on the bed smelled of smoke, but when I brought this problem to the attention of the reception, the staff that was at that time at the reception helped us by offering us another room starting from the next morning, a very clean and warm room, we had a very nice little holiday and we want to thank the manager especially that boy, unfortunately not I remembered the name, thank you

This Hotel is Fabulous value for money.. Parking outside can be difficult, we took advantage of the secure parking available inside the premises for an extra €9. 00 Room was spacious and modern And included a very comprehensive buffet breakfast Very impressed..

Would have been good if receptionist had a little English. Area around hotel felt little unsafe & lots of rubbish. Dinner very good & reasonably priced.

We arrived in Teruel took the directions on the Sat Nav the road was closed, tried another street that too was closed. Phoned the Hotel man gave out garbled instructions on going to another location and coming in from another direction. And if that didn’t work we were to call the Police. We then decided to seek accommodation elsewhere.

Good clean hotel in an excellent location

Nice hotel on outskirts of old town. Evening meal was too late for our English ways but breakfast was excellent. Limited English spoken and limited parking available. Comfortable room and would stay again.

Very shabby hotel. Room extremely basic, no tea making facilities. Bathroom totally outdated - cracked tiles, missing grout, dirty/moulded sealant. Way below the usual standards of Spanish hotels in my experience. Had to pay for parking - €7.50 which was not stated when booking. Stayed at local parador on outward journey - massive difference in quality but not in price.

The waitress in the dinning room was exceptional. The room was very small and the bathroom smaller.

Just a quick overnight stay on our way south but very clean. Staff attentive and pleasant. Bar lovely

Convenient overnight stay on way to Bilbao. Easy to park. Breakfast not great. Didn't eat in evening.

Friendly staff, quality buffet breakfast with plenty of choice food, del dia lunch was excellent value. All staff where friendly and helpful which makes for a great st@y albeit a short one.Would stay again if in that region.

Great staff, very helpful. Touring on motorcycles. Hotel has private parking at rear of hotel and was perfect, Peace of mind.

Nice modern hotel with good bed and decent sized room. Motorbike parked directly outside front of hotel with no problem. We arrived quite early and only had to wait around 20 minutes for our room. 15 minute walk into centre of town and local area has bars and restaurants.
