The room was comfortable, the staff was fine although not fluent in English

Maybe it was my fault during booking but when I want to change to non smoking room but was unavailable. No breakfast included and no shuttle car or bus to the station. If you bring a lot of stuff with you maybe little bit bothersome.

Rooms are okay, not modern style but very well maintained and clean, breakfast is good. The hotel is also inhabited by a large group of tourists and they are generally a little rough, speaking in a rather loud voice, so it is advisable to have an early breakfast (5.30am) to avoid their large group.

Very nice and upscale hotel near Chiba station. Convenient for breakfast as a buffet.

You can get everything you want here. Convenient, quite big. And the great Handy (smart phone) can help your trip more secure and easier with 4G wifi and free call both domestic and international. What-an-awesome trip. So glad that I chose them this time.
