Beautiful grounds, good clean room, cold A/C, centrally located.

Great location and atmosphere. The bed was uncomfortable and the AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. Overall could not sleep well. But the property itself is awesome.

Great place to stay in Key West! Enjoyed the historic aspect of the property. Very clean , friendly staff. My only complaint is the water pressure. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here as a family an absolutely loved it! Everything is in walking distance so no need for a car. Wonderful accommodations and stunning property. We will definitely be returning!

Was great place , but the A/c ran all night very noisy and the ceiling fan in the bed room did not have a chain to adjust the speed and it was on low

Beautiful property! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite in the Island House, an old restored 3 story mansion. It was comfortable, beautiful and a perfect location. Walkable to everything. Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely stay again!

Great location, nice lush garden and spacious swimming pool. However, the basics of hospitality services - the cleanness of the room was below expectations. We booked for three people and the sofa bed still had used sheets from previous visit. We found an old box of takeaway food next on the side table, there were only two towels for three people prepared. It left not a good impression.

This property was perfect for our little getaway.

We stayed in the Cigar House and really enjoyed the hammocks and being pool-front. The space was large enough for our family of four - the fold-out couch was comfortable for the kids. The property overall was charming and the location was great - a short walk to both Duval St and the harbor but far enough away to be quiet at night.

Centrally located, very clean, well kept grounds, nice pool.

The room was clean and updated, but the bathroom was lacking an update and felt antiquated. Smoking areas had no ashtrays and water coolers had no cups. No overnight service if you need anything after office hours.

Nice hotel, very cute and cosy. Would definitely recommend

Only downside to this property is no restaurant or bar or access to any food. Rooms have full kitchens but it’s a hike to get any beverages or food. Next time I will know to stock an extra suitcase with drinks and snacks to enjoy while on property.

Nice quaint place. Walking distance to Duval St, local restaurants and shopping. I would recommend and stay again.
