The lady at the front counter was helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the hallway and room had a slight unpleasant smell, there was no air dryer in the room, towels were scarce, and the overall impression was not pleasant. However, it was a clean bed, at a good price, with a locked garage that kept our stuff safe for the night.

Very basic room but suited our needs. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. A little noise from the street but seemed okay overnight.

Small studio but well-equipped. Comfortable bed, good shower, everything very clean. Service at reception was efficient, friendly and helpful.

It was in a convenient location and exceeded expectations given the price point for our one night stay.

The hotel room was nice, right downtown. The parking garage was small and dark.

It was fine, very good value for money. Room was spacious and perfectly clean. Had to pay for parking, but it was very secure and convenient so worth it.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was so-so. The location was good and the room was not too small, considering that it was a studio. It came with a little kitchenette, which was convenient. The room was cleaned daily but I found some dusty places here and there, like in the closet or in the bathroom, etc. The WIFI was not so great depending on the time of the day, but in general, it was okay. Our room was facing the round-about, but it was quiet as we kept the window closed.

The apartment was well-designed and comfortable, also quiet, once the window had been closed to shut out the noise of the fountain. The kitchen could have been better equipped crockery- and cutlery-wise, but was adequate for a short stay. The immediate area was a little insalubrious, but near to shops, though not to the rail station. However, the large bus interchange was not far away, readily accessible on foot. I preferred this to the other chain apart-hotel I used in Valence at the start of my holiday/

Wifi was not working for the first 24hrs we were there.

Nice unique place. Location is wonderful. People are friendly. Other then the bed which was stiff and the WiFi that didn’t work very well and had some ridiculous process to turn on id say it’s solid place to stay for the price

We don't usually stay at hotels on our pleasure trips, and we try to avoid staying in cities. Apart from that, the Appart Hôtel offers what you need for a night's stay - good bed, hot shower, and the means to feed yourself or make a hot drink, if necessary. The inconveniences of this stay included the challenges of parking underground and having to negotiate very tight corners, walking to and from the garage, and being situated right on the roundabout with city life making noise late into the night.

aircon locked at 20C hot air, too much for temp. 26C outdoor. Hotel advised to open window, main street traffic was too loud for our sleep. Very strong of room air aroma, can 't sleep. Will not visit again.Room very small

Nice room s plenty of space, just settling down to eat when the power went in the room. Staff quickly moved us to a room adjacent (a lot smaller) when they found they couldn't get the power back on. Worked out okay just ate an hour late and had to cook some more spaghetti!
