Just our beautiful room toilet was smelling of cigarettes. And unfortunately i got very ill in the middle of my stay. Overall was all very good. Beautiful hotel.

I had such an amazing experience at the hotel - every single member of staff was so kind hearted and professional at all times. I will be visiting again and recommending to family and friends. I would however kindly suggest for future guest be allocated with a view to the outside motorway view to possibly block the noise as it can get very noisy during the course of the night due to lorries, buses and car driving by.

A beautiful hotel if we are talking about facilities, activites and luxury. Staff members were disappointing.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Large clean beach however sand is a little coarse. Family was very happy with the resort.

the hotel is big and modern with good enough activities, kids enjoyed the water park and outdoor cold swimming pool the most. The foods were good but not exciting, the waiters were not so keen to serve and not enough numbers of, the bartenders were not happy to serve and were difficult to communicate with. The indoor pool water was not clean and fresh, the internet was awful, no signals in the rooms. My main concern was the staff attitudes and internet connection.

This was my second stay at this beautiful hotel , the overall feeling is one of luxury . The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed . The hotel advertised premium brand drinks , however the quality of spirits was very disappointing and appeared to be very weak. The food in the buffet restaurant was good however not nearly as good as my last visit . There was no honeycomb available and the yogurt was of a low quality. I enjoyed my stay but the Hotel is obviously cutting costs . On my last visit I gave this Hotel five stars plus , on this occasion due to the food and alcohol quality I can only give 3+

Hotel was regularly clean, good and attentive service, nice swimming pools, a lot of options for breakfast. Overall very nice hotel and experience.

much better than we expected

We chose Rubi Platinum as we decided not to stay in the center of Alanya itself. Hotel has great facilities, food is average and standard for Southern Turkish hotels. Staff speaks very bad English at least the ones we had to talk with and they didn't seem to care and to find someone that really did speak. We also got ripped off by the car service personnel when asking about transportation to Analya wanting to charge €70 one way. Taxis outside will take you for $25 one way. Apart from this the hotel is good if you are just planning to stay put.

I loved everything about the hotel, but my daughter got injured on the water slides and after that we did not use the water slides. Everything was wonderful about the hotel, but there was a lack of safety for recreation activities. In particular very little presence of life guards.

Ozkan was very helpful, made sure we were having a good time. great hotel, really posh, service was excellent. overall very nice.

Viele Urlaube in Antalya und Alanya verbracht. Dieses Hotel gehört ganz nach oben. Sehr hohe Standards, immer wohl gefühlt und bei Problemen wurde direkt geholfen. Sehr zum weiter empfehlen.

Det var ett fantastiskt hotell, jag skulle definitivt rekommendera det, särskilt till familjer med små barn.
