My room had roaches. Bad!!! Which they start to get in my suitcase.

Room was large and pool was nice. Did not realize we would be across the street and not have a balcony. Room was worn and we could hear our neighbors on both sides.

Was a decent place for a few days stay. Would stay again.

This was last minute but the covers was not clean it was a small blood stain on the sheet luckily we did not sleep in that spot.

Ive been visiting Panama City Beach for 40+ years. Ive stayed at many different hotels and condos thru out these years. My first visit at The Palmetto was June 26th- 28th.- 2025 I can now say, I've found my perfect place from now on. 🌴🌞 From a early and smooth check- in and out..and everything in between was wonderful. My room on 3rd floor was a corner room and had an extra celing to floor window to view the beach along with a spacious balcony. The bed and linens were top of the line..compares to casino rooms. Soft sheets, down comforter, large fresh smelling pillows. I slept like a baby. The bathroom was older, but clean. The soap- shampoo/ conditioner and body lotiom was installed in the shower. Loved the smell of it all. Wish I could find it at home. The 24 hour pool was absolutely beautiful and clean. Plenty of places for privacy away from the pool deck including the covered picnic area that was directly beside pool area. Having an ice machine at the pool area and grabbing a free bag to fill your cooler was so convenient. Everything was thought out to make this a convenient and fun place to stay. I will definitely be back. Its now my perfect place to stay when I visit from Georgia

Wasn't what I booked for stay was deceiving description of a no tell motel worst 700$ I payed for I sent a complaint to your department about how this was a scam no photos of what I really was getting no ac at this place across the street wasn't beach front and roaches in the room horrible experience won't be going back

I really enjoyed the professional courtesy of the staff. They all made us feel welcomed and like we belonged there.

Very very strong pee smell on of the beds on the property across the street. We didn’t stay in the actual tall building. Their are 2 building to chose from btw so be carful I didn’t know till we had arrived

The hotel was very nice , we did have to wait a while to get checked into our room

Ants everywhere and it nasty

Dissatisfied how they handle the water boil, housekeeping, no coffe cups or waffle cones, smoking by pool, very unhappy employees, poor customer service, they dont speak engish, long line for front desk.

The staff was rude , I asked for an early check in and no one called me about an early check in but once I got to the property there was multiple people that was already checking in early . The staff was rude . I asked if we could keep our stuff there until the room was ready (as it says they does online) but the lady said they do not do that .

Nice place to stay.

It was nice and close to the beach. Wish the parking was better.

great beachfront hotel location with amazing view and private access to the beach. rooms were clean and everything we needed was provided. we enjoyed the ice cream down in the lobby! would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Awful stay!!! Smoke detector chirped all night on the last night of our stay and was told no one could fix it until 7 AM. Very old building with mold in the bathroom. Not worth the money or risk of staying there. We will not be going back.

Bad experience

To start the A/C unit wasn’t working, so finally on the 3rd day we were able to get that looked at, they were quick on doing that, once we had time. Room service was not attentive at all — we’re to be cleaned on the 3rd day, wasn’t. So we had to ask for more towels & toilet paper — Then when we saw house keeping, I had to ask for my room and bed sheets to be changed.

My reservation was for 2 nights but after I arrived and saw how lovely it was I booked an additional 2 nights. I was very disappointed that the Tiki Bar was not open. That was one of the things I was looking forward to. Also I would have liked for there to have been an onsite restaurant. That would have made this a complete package.

Which the bed that I slept in was more comfortable.
