Belle place

did not have breakfast, bathroom door handle was loose and did not try closing the door because we were afraid to get locked in. Bathroom tiles were damaged. Elevator was very very scary to use. My wife refused to go back in after our first and only ride. The elevator would bounce when starting and arriving. Hotel also needs better parking options.

Great location, breakfast was not very good.

I wouldn’t advise you to take a room that oversees rue Princiaple! Hardly slept with people screaming at 2am and reving cars for hrs on end, our rad for heat made so much noise we had to shut it off during the night(was our way of blocking out outside noise). Overall really clean but not recommended.

Everything was good

Travelling across Canada, pay $300 for a room and listen to drunks coming in up until 4 am literally yelling to one another down the hall, stomping up and down the stairs. Mention it to the front desk clerk didn’t get an apology, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous! And the rooms aren’t even that nice for the price point. Oh not to mention we couldn’t get through the gates to park because the key card wouldn’t work. Carry everything up to the room and the card wouldn’t work in the room door either. Had to go all the way back down to the desk for a new card. 3 adults sharing a room and they only gave one key card. The whole experience was horrible. My advice to anyone travelling, do not even give this place a thought, keep going. A sleep in your car would be better. Definitely quieter.

J'ai réservé une chambre sans tapis, on m'a donné une chambre avec tapis. Le réservoir de la toilette coule tout le temps et fait beaucoup de bruit. Chauffage très bruyant aussi, et on entend les gens discuter dans leur chambre tellement que c'est mal insonorisé. L'hôtel charge beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de ses chambres.

Fidèle à mes habitudes je vais toujours a cet hôtel Petit bémol cette fois j’ai du me stationner dans la rue pour des raison technique de barrière inopérante

clean room, comfortable bed

It was a little confusing to find the parking but, when we inquired about where we parked (Hôtel Centre-ville) we were told that it was ok. The room was clean. Staff answered all our questions.

Le robinet du bain étais brise. Une odeur de grand mère dans la chambre. Aucun refill de café pour le 2 e matin. Un peu dessus.

Good variety. Great specialty coffee options.
