Really this hotel should be close, it is a scam, and should not be listed by Expedia. We want our money back. The swimming pool was all dirty , old tiles , broken chairs, The room old, everything was old , no hot water, old towels, we really want our money back. Expedia should be ashamed

I had to pay the reservation at the property. I thought that it was already paid by the platform.

Internet was dead. Never reached our room.

No washcloths, one glass, no coffee service, absolutely non-existent wifi. Overpriced.

Me encantò la ubicación, la cercanìa con el malecón, el cafè de la esquina, las chicas de recepción muchas amables. La pasè super bien. Excelente experiencia, mejorarìa la limoieza del baño y aunque quizàs no estè bajo su control la mùsica de la explanada en Puerta dwl Mar era un poco molesta.

This is my second time staying at the same hotel. Sure, the hotel needs some touches, but I do not live there, so it worked out perfect for me. I loved a view from my room to the ocean and the Mayan Angel monument and the swimming pool which I usually had all for myself. Hotel is almost in front of the city wall, so it is easy to reach the main touristy spots. It is centrally located but is very quiet.

The property location is excellent. No bathroom amenities like shampoo, face clothes. Only two towels, no hand towels no face clothes. ONly one elevator in operation so a long wait for elevator especially in the morning. Front desk staff speak little to no english. No power in the hotel when we arrived so could not check in until later. This hotel could be great with the excellent location but it needs upgrading badly.

The location is good but the hotel is a dump the rooms are dirty specially the bathroom there is mold every on the walls, the toilet and sink are dirty there was even poop or blood next to the sink on the wall and the only working elevator was broken most of the time

The hotel has seen better times. No WiFi in the room and very slow in lobby. Pretty clean and nice pool. Not much costumer service.

Just hard that the inner locks were broken in the room which made me feel less safe and the windows dirty. Not very helpful front desk staff but nice cleaning staff. The breakfast was quite ok. The bathroom was clean. Good location, safe area at night. Clean bedding. Just a run down place which needs things fixing up a bit.

Really nice location, close to the city centre and the sea. Rooms are clean and spacious, but the amenities of the hotel are a bit lacking: only one towel per bed (I had a 2 bed room so I got only 2 towels in total), no hot water in the evening, only in the morning and night, and WIFi and Cellular service were terrible, almost unusable.
