The hotel staff is friendly, late check-in at 10 pm is still well served.

The stay was okay, perhaps the television entertainment facilities could be improved. Bathroom 218 needs some attention; the water is difficult to drain.

The room was comfortable, with no issues whatsoever. It's a bit surprising that some reviews say the room is this or that, but I got room 622. At night, across the hotel is Bakso Pakde, a portion for 13,000 Rupiah, which is a bargain, hehe. Breakfast is just average, with standard taste and a lack of variety.

Overall, the service was good, friendly, and responsive. The pool was very clean. Perhaps in the future, they could add a children's pool and play area, as well as a bathroom near the pool in case someone needs to relieve themselves after swimming.

Ordering is very easy through the app, and the staff is very friendly. If you need to buy food, you don't have to go far, as there are many snack and food vendors in the hotel area. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious.

This is not my first time to stay at favehotel Jababeka, but the ambiance and their service is still amazing. We stayed for 2 nights in a twin bed room (sadly, the king size bed was full) and we joined the beds since we stayed with a baby. On the second night, we found a mosquito in the room. Maybe you can try to make sure the staff do the treatment before check-in. We booked for Room Only but we paid for additional breakfast on the last day. The taste was so good, especially for their Sayur Lodeh (I’m not sure about the name). My kid loves it. This hotel is near to Living Plaza Mall, you can just walk there and it takes 5-10 minutes. They have a swimming pool in the outdoor area and provide pool towels too. Please make sure to swim with an adult, since they don’t have a kids pool. Will definitely come back to this hotel. The room wasn't soundproof and wasn't very comfortable. The hallway carpet wasn't well maintained.

The sheets were a bit smelly... Breakfast was only warm eggs, everything else was cold.

The staff was very helpful. They responded immediately to my phone call to change my pillowcase. However, when I went to change the pillowcase, the pillows were extremely unsuitable. I'm sure they hadn't been washed or replaced because the color was so dirty, and it was naturally smelly. And because I saw it firsthand, the entire room was replaced, not just the pillows, but the blankets and sheets as well. The carpet in the hallway also needed replacing because it was torn. The pool was also not very clean. The location is strategic, with plenty of food options around the hotel.

A reasonably priced, strategically located, and comfortable hotel. I've been a regular at Fave Hotels in many cities. A small suggestion regarding the toilet: please check it; it might be a little clogged because the shower drain takes a long time to drain. Thank you.

My first time at this hotel, it was quite nice. The staff was quite friendly. The facilities were mediocre, as the room wasn't soundproof, so noise from the street and hallway was really loud, even the outdoor AC could be heard. The mattress was very comfortable and soft, but that was the only thing lacking. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. ☺
