It's comfortable, but yesterday I got a room where I could hear some noise from the AC or something, so it was a bit uncomfortable. There was no drinking water/gallons at all, and I couldn't get bottled water either. It seems the staff hadn't refilled the gallons yet.

This is my second stay at Fave Hotel Cikarang, and the service remains the same as before: excellent service, friendly staff, and friendly security guards. The hotel's location is also convenient, as it's close to eateries. Next door is McDonald's, Pempek Gabby, Indomaret, and more, and across the street is Living Plaza, all within walking distance.

The room was really bad, the AC was leaking, the toilet jet shower was leaking, and there were no tissues provided. I will never stay here again. The service is also not very responsive. The breakfast was also not very tasty, the chicken was very tough.

1. The pillowcases need to be replaced because they have black stains and smell. 2. I requested a room on the upper floor, but it turned out to be on the lower floor. When I entered, the room smelled musty. 3. The food was absolutely not worth it. For a dinner set for 160,000 Rupiah, the food was all cold and tasteless. Breakfast was the same. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS AGAIN.
