1 - First and foremost, it never mentioned that the rooms are sharing a bathroom/toilet. 2 - Room conditions are extremely bad. The floor is torn out with a hole gap. The blanket has a huge stain, bed head with a lot of garbage. 3 - Huge disappointment staying at this hotel. The value of room 304 should not be more than RM40, but I paid double.

hai korang.. best sangat tau hotel ni.. bebanding saya baca review orang kata berdebu la ada lipas kotor.. tak itu semua tipu... bilik sejuk harga 49 permalam.. sangat recommend (bilik 304).yang penting.. view mayang mall tau.. kiblat ada.. sejadah pun ada.. bye² 😚

It's a pain, there's no water, you have to pay extra to watch TV

room very bad. like a scam. book for 3 queen beds but got 2 beds. check out early cz no water from 7am...

Booking 3 double beds for 6 pax, but got only 2 double beds only.

The toilet for room 205 leaked so that the water came out of the pipe and flowed onto the floor, and the room was not clean enough.

Parking tak disediakan hingga kena saman tapi pihak hotel tak bertanggungjawab. Tak disarankan bermalam di sini. Bad service. Customer service tak mesra pelanggan.👎🏿.

They fail to manage customer need on that date. So I cancel my booking at my own cost even though I and my family already there. I don't think to choose this facility for future trip.

Sistem check in nya mudah. Cukup Whatsapp atau telepon yang tertera dalam pintu lobby hotel. Saya tiba di hotel jam 3.30 pagi dan bisa check in dengan mudah

Parking kereta tidak disediakan, air panas pump rosak, mandi pakai cebuk baldi, harga sangat murah

Bad room. Unpleasant smell. It smells bad and can't breathe.

The room is nice and comfortable. The receptionist are very nice and friendly.

Can not be categorized as a hotel. Worst.

Which is less good: 1. There is no electric kettle (kettle). 2. The floor is broken and sticky 3. The toilet is not properly maintained. (all night listening to water sounds, like leaking pipe). Toilets are broken and not replaced. The "bidet spray" parking lot is missing. 4. Wifi can not be used. Great: 1. Comfortable 2 beds.

Ideal for budget accommodation. Located in the middle of town.

The air conditioner was not functioning well. It take time of them to fix it and it make us feel unpleasant with this situation. The picture of the rooms and the real on is differ. Hopefully property can improve the quality of the service.
