after reading positive and negative reviews i still booked the hotel . went with a family of 8 ,arrived midnight reception staff are polite ,had issues with the room booking as we were booked in 3 rooms over 3 floors . as discussed needing interconnection rooms was told they are fully booked to come back tomorrow morning .
arrive to the room on the 6th floor to a horrible stench coming from the bathroom into the whole room (something wrong with the drainage ) which took a while to air out ,air conditioning is is poor does not let out cold air ,safe needs to be paid to use ,only 3 water bottles in fridge which surprised me as i had paid full all inclusive . rooms are 4* standard clean to a standard . had many issues in changing rooms in the end just stayed in the room given. they also only provide 1 card for each which i think isn't acceptable . food overall normal breakfast .eggs salad bar cereal drinks not a big variety ,lunch same a few varieties but not to a 5* standard ,dinner same if you come late will not get much food as they don't top up again ,one thing i noticed which worried me was the food left from the day before would be served at lunch eg-plain pasta recooked with sauce .only eid day they had a good selection of food .poolside beach is ok animation team is good ,you only get a few drinks in all inclusive not mocktails! and avoid not nice ,staff are pleasent just a shame management are not helpful when a complain arises .overrall average shops close by .
