The hotel is in a very nice location, opposite the river bank & has many shops around. Not too far from attractions such as the Royal Palace, Ba Penh Pagoda, Central Market. However, the room is very old. The sheets and pillowcases are old and worn, yellowed. The common area is full of trash and miscellaneous things like discarded items. I booked & paid for a room for 2 nights but I only stayed 1 night, because I couldn't stand the hotel like that so I gave up the remaining night to move to another hotel nearby. I recommend not booking this hotel. Compared to the price of a 3-star hotel nearby with a swimming pool, including breakfast and a double-sized room with attentive service, the price of Crystal Blue is not cheap.

Lokasi strategis dekat objek wisata dan night market, restoran halal di lantai dasar, pelayanan ok. Hanya saja kamar kurang bersih, ga dapet air minum, air mandi kecil, AC lama dinginnya.

The location is very strategic, many places to eat around the hotel.

Good hotel location, near the center of the crowd. The air conditioner is cold but the breakfast is not tasty.

First of all it is a hotel inside an Indian restaurant , nothing wrong but to get to the lobby , you have to pass through this tiny space restaurant where people are eating. The smell is so strong from the spices I guess. In general the smell is bad in the hotel. The room tiny with no view at all , not sure on the riverside might be better, but I couldn't book as it was fully booked. The staff when we check in in the night 9pm , speak not a single word of English, though he is working in hospitality. Found twice dead coackroaches, AC fucntions poor and smell , to get to the room with heavy luggage have to use some tiny stairs. Toilet condition worse than bad. Very bad experience would highly recommend you check for another place to stay.

The staff were helpful and the owner was reasonable when it came to a partial refund. The hotel will be a disappointment to people, because the photos are lovely but the hotel is very very run down. The whole place needs a complete refurbishment.

The room small, old and dark.

Room does not match with booked ... ac leaked water kmn2 ... bathtub can not be used room 201, kl we sit in the dilobby should always buy drinks or food..kl we dont buy must ngomel2 when we stay etc ... hati2 with valuables or better dibw just do not keep in the room .. krn not safe
