The hotel was fantastic and all services met with my approval. The staff were all very professional and friendly . The room was very clean and had all the mod cons . I didn’t use the plunge pool on the roof . The hotel is centrally located but not ideal for parking .

A beautiful hotel in an excellent central location. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and when visit Palma again I will book this hotel again.

Location excellent. Breakfast outstanding, being order to table much better than buffet, you get fresh and hot food. Room disappointing. Decent in size, but dark, dreary and depressing windows look onto a small flat room with white peebles. Being on floor 1 and more floors above, made it impossible to see the sky or determine weather!! Staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop area small, pool would be better heated.

Very difficult parking situation and “pool” is more of a plunge pool, otherwise great location and nice room!

Hotel Cort’s front desk staff was phenomenal. The suite was so lovely and we felt right at home. The location is right in the middle of town so it was easy to get there from the airport. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

Delicious breakfast was included with the room. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Staff of the hotel and restaurant were excellent. Provided recommendations and helped with booking. Highly recommend.

A much anticipated return visit with friends was disappointing as air con did not work beyond a low circulation which kept temperature around 24 degrees (Suite 13). Hot July weather made this feel very uncomfortable for sleeping. Promised attention never materialised to address this or leaking Aircon in friends' room rendering the sitting room of the Tower Suite (Suite 42) unusable for all four days of their stay. Very disappointing considering (and also probably causing significant damage to flooring and desk as leaking continued but nothing done beyond their bin and towels?!?) Felt like no-one cared... despite staff being friendly. Would recommend Maria 5, the hotel restaurant. Excellent food and service. In general hotel felt tired and faded despite great location and stylish and sophisticated feel which it retains.

Everything was amazing!

This is a very small hotel, but it's located in the heart of Palma, making shopping and sightseeing very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly and handle everything quickly and efficiently. The only slight inconvenience is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot.

This was a perfect stay for one night in Palma could not have been better centrally located. Staff was accommodating room was spacious. Air-conditioning was excellent and it was 100° when we were there. I would stay again.

The hotel Cort stay was terrific. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful restaurant downstairs, tiny pool on the rooftop was a nice break from the city.

Natalie is amazing! Always smiling and ever so helpful! Check-in was fabulous. We stayed in two different suites because there were 3 of us. Each one was full of character and beautifully designed. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of everything. It is one of my top 10 favs! We will definitely be coming back!

Wow! We are avid travelers and were so charmed by hotel Cort. We had some challenges with our flight in and they were so kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is so beautiful and unique-and right in the center of everything. The breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful setting. The pool deck is a great spot for afternoon cool off. We will definitely be back.
