Toilet is quite dirty. A lots of mosquito in the room. Smoking smell in non smoking room.

Very nice stay. I initially had a room next to construction which shook whenever​ there was digging going on. The next day I requested a change and after a wait, they gave me a very nice quiet room with pool access. Very nice stay and very good counter service personnel.

Nice room but lots of critters. Ants all over the creation, mosquitoes as well. Even when I lay on the sofa late at night, ants were crawling on me within a minute or two. Made for an uncomfortable stay. Called to a couple maid's to assist me but they waved me away. Called front desk for someone to check my TV remote but no one showed up until a 2nd call 5 hours later. Found a lady waiting for massage close to my room and helped her since no one attended to her for over 15 minutes. Generally attractive hotel with nice facilities but apparently service lacking.
