The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was large but there were a few things about the stay that would make me not want to stay here again. First and foremost, there's no hand soap in the rooms. They said that they didn't provide disposable toiletries but I never would have imagined that included hand soap. That just made me feel very uncomfortable and felt like the whole hotel was gross that no one was washing their hands. I had to go to the store and buy my own hand soap. Secondly the carpets in the room were extremely dirty and stained. However the rest of the room was pretty clean. Lastly there was very loud music playing from somewhere around me for most of my stay. It was there when I checked in around 16:00 and stopped around 21:00 but resumed at 9:00 the next morning. I did appreciate the free laundry, including laundry detergent, but the dryers are the old kind that don't actually dry your clothes no matter how long you leave them in for.

Getting breakfast voucher daily for the next day is too tedious. Shower needs to carefully adjust but the in room jacuzzi is nice.

Cheap and Cheerful

This hotel provides free parking and complimentary buffet style breakfast. Room is roomy, staff is always friendly and helpful, will definately go back.

Very hard to find the location of their facility. Could not find their locations their light switch unless removing the key from the slot. The shampoo and the lotion are not in

Big size room, no problem if you have big luggage. Parking available, but in case hotel's basement parking is full, will need to park at the nearby hotel and collect receipt to claim from hotel. As is a huge hotel, during peak hour, breakfast room and accessing of lift could be crowded and long waiting time.

Need to upgrade carpet. Carpet is too old and dirty.

looks and feels old when you first enter the hotel then through the corridors and your room. not the best but a good hotel option to stay around taichung. clean. near MRT and good restaurants.

Great customer service

General good but the room arranged is on the 4th floor facing the main street. Lack of sound barrier and it is noisy especially during night time. Breakfast is barely acceptable. Other than that, it is good and ideal for budgeted visitors.
