Friendly welcome at reception and information on room etc provided. Very spacious and clean room with comfortable bed, writing desk and TV. Complimentary bottle of water which was appreciated. Rather steep stairs up to the rooms, ok as long as you are capable. Side entrance away from the main path. Parking available if needed. Not loud at all

The staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Located in the town centre. All round great place to stay.

Nicely situated in the beautiful streets.

Location great, close to city center. Old part of town can be noisy in the evenings, especially during summer month, but hotel has double window glass.

Very easy to find, clean and the reception was first class. Staff were friendly and professional. Will be staying there again

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The only negative point was missing air-con (usually air-con is not required in this part of Germany, however, during my stay, there were unusually high temperatures - above 33 C). When I opened the window, noise from a near-by bar annoyed me (until 3 AM)

The environment is noisy even in midnight and early in the morning. There is no lift. It is very inconvenient to carry the large luggage to the 3rd floor.

We were the only guests. We are travelling by bicycle. The hotel has no elevator. We were given a room on the fourth floor. When we asked to be moved to a lower floor, we were advised not possible. But, we were alone in the hotel. Other negative comment is the rough neighborhood. Would not recommend.

Fine Stay!

The Hotel is ideally situated for all of the amenities in MG. The Manager was very friendly and helpful. The room I had was right at the top with nice sturdy shutters to keep the light out and sound proofed windows to keep the noise out. The shower was very good and powerful and Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I would stay here again if in the area.

The Hotel and the staff were very good.
