The only drawback is that they do not provide a key for the main entrance. At times we had to wait for a fair amount of time for someone to let us in

A every enjoyable stay with my wife and 2 young children. Zakaria and Latifa were extremely helpful and looked after us throughout our stay. Breakfast was extremely nice with something different every day. Very clean rooms with plenty of bed space.

Awful terrible cleaning no air con in the room asked fir fan as it was broke and it came after 48 hours and it was so loud absolutely terrible never ever again

Despite having a confirmed reservation White flower Property did not have a room when I arrived. property Manager did not come when called. Property caretaker did. Not speak English or French. Alternate arrangements were not made.

I didn’t get the room I thought I reserved and didn’t hear back from anyone telling me I didn’t get it. The room I was placed it was all the way at the top, the WiFi didn’t work and the windows were tiny with a few of the towels being hung to dry by the staff. Eventually I was able to move into a room on the first floor but the air conditioning didn’t work and the bathroom was way to tiny to move around in. The food was great and the staff was really friendly, helpful, and amazing. I just wish the room situation had been better.

The Riad is an excellent location, in the medina very close to the Bahia Palace. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. The breakfast and overall food was very very good. Although we had a few issues upon checkin, the staff quickly resolved. We were happy with our overall stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. All rooms open into the central courtyard. Therefore, It be a bit noisy if other guests are a bit thoughtless especially with early and late arrivals and departures.

The location was a little bit unexpected, it was a maze getting to it and getting out on a daily basis. However, it is very close to the jamaa el fna (the square), less than a 10minute walk from the Riad. Our room was cleaned 1/7days we stayed, we don’t know if that due to us leaving our rooms late but nobody notified us regarding the cleaning issue. Breakfast was Moroccan, served with different types of bread which was rotated daily, sometimes served with fruit salad, yoghurt, eggs. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We didn’t have wifi for the first 2/3 days due to an fire so we were unimpressed with that however, the owner Mohammed helped us out by providing us data for his mobile phone and also topping up our mobile so we had enough data until the Wi-fi came back.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel the staff were lovely and friendly Definitely i will come back again again I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice hotel and good service

We had a great welcome and staff was very helpful. It is a small riad, very quiet and clean. We found a car park nearby with gardian. Great traditional breakfast as well. We will definetly come back to Riad 34!

I cannot recommend Riad 34 highly enough. As a woman traveling alone to Morocco, I was a little nervous, but Ahmed and the staff at Riad 34 were kind and gracious. They made me feel so welcome. My room was large and comfortable, the air conditioning worked (thank goodness--it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit when I traveled), and the riad was located within walking distance from many famous sites. Do yourself a favor: after a long day of sightseeing, grab some pastries or a watermelon, bring it back to share with Ahmed, and spend an evening talking with him on the rooftop terrace. You'll have a lovely time.

Great historical building, lovely staff - we had a fab stay. It's a great value.

L'établissement n'est pas compatible pour recevoir des voyageurs, grosses travaux,constructions picine, chambres insalubres, cafards, moisissures dans sdb,une catastrophe, j'ai parlé avec le responsable pour lui informé de mon mécontentement et d'arrêter de prendre des réservations le temps des travaux, mais rien a faire, a Marrakeche malheureusement, tous le monde cherche de faire de l'argent, n'importe comment, voyage raté, merci hotels.com.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück war super, leider klappte unser Flughafen Abholservice nicht. Nach zwei Stunden Wartezeit beschlossen wir ein Taxi zum Riad zu nehmen. Der Transfer nach Essaouira klappte super.

Riad molto bello, accogliente e tipico. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Unico difetto, la camera un po' piccola.
