Best hotel service. Clean rooms, there is a space for prayer. Alhamdulillah. Very reasonable price.

It's a disappointed stay! Will not stay here anymore and not recommended. The bed [was] full of hair and some "bulu"! I called the reception and told them to come and see the room condition by themselves. One of their staff told us the room [had] not [been] sale[d] for a long time. Wtf? They give us a room which [has] never [been] sold for a long time!? I have to go down to take the card and change the room, [which] make[s] me more tired! And when I want to make a complaint, they [did] not give me the PIC number with [a] nonsense excuse (we cannot call the management because their rules said so). What kind of rules is that? Overall, the stay is not worth [it] with the money, nonsense. Hope their high management see[s] this comment.

The room is spacious but the smell outside is like my hijab is burnt... it's like water, it smells like a toilet..

Hotel is accessible to nearby restaurant and groceries store. Need to improve television connectivity and bedsheet as well as pillow cover need to improve its smell during wash time.

1. Should improve on deposit policy. Room fully paid dan still need to collect cash ONLY and credit card deposit. I dont have credit card / cash. Without cash cannot check in. location far from any bank. Still asked guess to go to the bank withdraw cash. 2. Toilet flush pump not working. Bathroom condition poor especially the door. 3. The floor not clean ( very dusty) 4. It was black out for a while. Power back on but all switch plug not working (no power). Phone not working so unable to call room service. 5. Maybe not all rooms like that.. but my room yes. 6. However, room service very fast and efficient. This should get credit. 7. Customer service also good. They were polite when I was complaining about the deposit policy.

The room is large, can fit 6 people. Only the interior conditions need to be improved to make it neater and more attractive.

Hotel lama. Harga murah. Receptionist tidak ramah I asked for toilet before check in at least you respond me by nice smile but you didn't. So far so so ….

Most of the staff do not speak English. Overall interior is old and has no maintenance.

We came for a brief stay. Came at 2pm and the room wasn't even ready. Finally checked in around 3pm. Was greeted by worn out bed sheet and duvet. The pillows were too soft and looked crushed. The towels 😞 instead of white, they were brown old towels. I was really upset. Please improve.

Tiada water heater, aircond tidak sejuk. Siaran TV yang membosankan.
