AC not working well, dirty room

muy buen hotel, solo se tardaron mucho en dar la habitacion

siempre nos hospedamos en este hotel cada vez que viajamos a monterrey y estamos encantados mi esposa y yo tanto con las instalaciones como con el personal que son amables.

El hotel está situation en una excellent area. El personal es muy amable y educado. El lugar es super Seguro. Pero la limpieza es un area donde de en de trabajar un poco más.

We stayed here for a couple of nights while having a procedure done across the street, and the location was very convenient. There are several shopping centers and plenty of restaurants nearby, which made the stay even easier. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great! The only thing that would have made it better would be to have a small refrigerator in the room.
