We realize that the hotel was busy the weekend we stayed, but we didn't have any room service. When we arrived I noticed that the recycle bin had not be emptied. I noticed a cleaning cart in the hallway and took it down. The service lady emptied it and asked which room we were in. Later a different service lady knocked on the door and apologized for not emptying the container. I said that wasn't a problem. The room outside of that was great. We never had any service from that point on.

Lovely staff and rooms!!

The rooms were super clean and well appointed, lots of space.The staff were amazing and the Continental Breakfast was amazing every day!!! A special thanks to Tamara for always being at the desk to answer our questions and getting most of the family in rooms close to each other as we prepared for my son’s wedding.

There were peanuts on the floor of my room when I checked in (I'm allergic). The toilet ran all night no matter what I tried. Front desk and housekeeping woke me at 8am because someone marked me as checked out when I was not. Oh, and the hottub was down for maintenance. All together not fantastic.

Very well kept. Unfortunately I was not able to explore all amenities but will visit again on my way through.

clean and quiet

Stayed for 2 nights in April. Pleased with friendly checkin. Room was large and well laid out, with exception of the office chair. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Everything was clean. Nice breakfast included too.

Clean. Comfortable bed. No hot tub. Chose hotel for the hot tub.

A very clean, comfortable hotel. The breakfast was very good. Loved that they did not use plastic cutlery.

Great service, nice room, friendly staff.

Rooms were fine. Hot tub was shut down for duration of stay, with no notice of it being closed on Expedia. All yogurt in fridges expired for a couple days before being replaced. Thermostat in room needed to be set to 27 (max) to get the room to 22. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Doesn’t meet the standard of other Canalta hotels I’ve stayed at.
