Not a very good experience, when I checked in I couldn't find my booking, the receptionist (male) asked very stupid questions, the room was too hot (due to the sun direction) and the air conditioner was weak. I asked for a fan but there was none. The hot water was broken (or the faucet was broken because it was quite old). Room 608 (in general, room 08 is not recommended and the price is higher than other rooms. The hotel should review this room.

Small hotel, small room, small things, but very convenient, in the center is a walking street. A minus point is that the hotel does not have a car parking space while it is reported on the app, making us go to the car and have to take the car to another place. The walking street also makes it impossible for the car to reach the hotel door. Guests who have a holiday with cars should consider choosing.

Motorbike for rent costs 100k vnd (~$4) for half day, which is much more expensive than the price in other cities (~$6 for a day). The room is clean.

Thanh Lich hotel is nice place to stay & good location. There are many restaurants & bars that serve delicious delights at cheap price. The room was a large bed with window, well arranged and full of facilities and bathroom was clean as expected. Hotel staffs are easy-going, friendly and their good communication in English. Especially thank you Mr. Cuong who arranged a private car to take our family to join a full day city tour in Hue with suitable price. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
