Comfortable, good for resting. Good food

I only stayed one night at Illira because I had a flight the next morning. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was great. I lost my room access card. The receptionist, I forget her name, looked in the trash for my key. I finally found it. The next morning, we left our motorcycle keys with another receptionist, a female. She helped keep the keys until my friend came to pick them up. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the airport, my husband's watch was left in the room. We were given detailed information about where it was, but the person who answered the phone, either the receptionist or someone else (who was clearly a woman), said my husband's watch was missing. My friend went back and asked the receptionist again, saying nothing was left behind. Luckily, my friend has a friend at the hotel, and after investigating, it turned out my husband's watch was there. My only regret is that we weren't honest from the start, even though we remembered exactly where it was. And one more thing, the elevator was out of order 😌

The bathroom was completely covered in mold, from the shower to the door to the basket, everything else also didn't look like it was cleaned. One of the lights in the room did not completely turn off and the wifi was bad. I had to discuss with them for an earlier shuttle since they wanted to convince me to take another one that was just way too late for me. Apart from that they were quite friendly but I honestly wish I would have stayed in Kuta and went to the airport directly from there because of that horrible bathroom. It is also not walking distance at all, but that was my bad research.

Everything okay just breakfast not enough and to early all is finish. Kitchen need to prepare well. And staff topup the food a bit one small plate only. We used airport transfer is a free servise from them. Recomended !!

Good, friendly staff, clean rooms.

The rooms are quite clean, with working hot water. There's a swimming pool. The ambiance is relaxing. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious.

So perfect location to catch a flight on the next day. The staff were very helpful that I checked in at 1 AM.

The location is great, near to the airport. It has a shuttle to take you to the airport, we did not take the shuttle tho because we did not expect there is a shuttle. But you could ask the hotel to give you more info. The hotel is quiet, far from the crowd and from anything but a mosque. Well there are some food stall, closed at 9pm, walking distance for those who likes to walk. They also asked for a 50k rupiah deposit but since we don't have 50k I gave them 100k and they returned it upon my check out. That day, we booked for a queen bed but ended up getting a twin bed and when we asked to change to queen bed room, they told me that the one available is on the third floor but the elevator has stopped working. So they offered us to combine the bed and we agreed. The thing that concerned us is the cleanliness of the room. When we entered the room, it was smelly. The smell came from the bathroom. The bathroom door was open and when I close the bathroom door, the smell faded. At night, when I was about to enjoy the comfy bed and sleep, I smell bad odor from the bed as if someone has been sleeping on the bed and they did not change the linen. I was having trouble sleeping because of the bad odor. Well, for me that one night transit felt like a loooong night for me. So, if you are asking if I would recommend this hotel, well, conclusion is all yours.

The elevator is broken, and many of the rooms at the end of the building are peeling. The food doesn't taste good.

The water is very slow, the elevator is broken and it has been for a long time. The hotel staff is very responsive when asked for help.

3-star hotel, elevator is not working, they said it has been inactive for a long time. I chose the hotel because it is a 3-star hotel, and there must be an elevator. It turns out the elevator has been off for a long time, there has not been any repairs. My leg was dislocated, so climbing the stairs often feels sore.

The staff were super friendly! We had to catch an early morning flight and the staff at the reception neatly packed our yummy breakfast to eat at the airport and even called us to remind us of our early checkout and also drove us to the airport and helped with our bags too. A big shoutout to the early morning staff on September 8th, 2025 (unfortunately, due to the rush, I was not able to get his name). But this hotel is great if you want to transit or stay close to the Lombok Airport. Cheers.

Hotel near the airport, water comes out very little, corridors are a bit dark, lighting needs to be increased, elevator is broken, it needs to be fixed immediately, no need to take the stairs. Everything else is okay

The AC is not cold so it makes the room hot and stuffy. Hopefully it will be fixed in the future.

The hotel is clean and the location is close to the airport.

The sheets smell a bit damp, it doesn't smell good.

The hotel staff is friendly, helpful at check in, the room atmosphere is comfortable.
