Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

A walking distance hotel to all activities in I-City. My daughter enjoyed the waterworld so much. The reservation staff were excellent.

I don't like your girl staff during my check in time. Nada is very arrogant when answering questions. You can complain too. Please I dont want to see her in front desk anymore for a next stayed.

The room just nice. Not too small and not too big. Toilet also OK. Breakfast got varieties of food. Best thing is you got free 2 waterpark ticket which is unlimited access until the day you check out. Maybe can consider indoor pool for guest since the waterpark close early at 5.30 at open late at 10am. This will make the hotel become awesome.

Near mall, walkable like 10 minutes. Ehailing driver seems having problem to find this hotel.

Clean room. Very close to i-City. Water world shah alam ticket free 2 tickets per 1 room. Satisfied.

Good place to stay and having a nice holiday. Near withe mall, theme park and water park. Easy to access. Very pleasant staff especially Mr. Fairos that helping me to have enjoyable holidays.

Easy to access to interesting places.

Stay 3D 2N. The staff is friendly, we have 1 disabled person in a wheelchair, we were given a disabled-friendly room (spacious room, king bed, in the bathroom there is a chair for showering & there is a bar in the toilet), there is a microwave which is very convenient. 1 more comfortable room for small family. 2 connecting rooms. Want to go to WaterWorld, SnowWalk, ferris wheel etc. less than 10 minutes walk, & other attractions are also easy. No need to drive.
