Lovely comfortable clean room. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it's a small buffet area but the food was tasty.

We paid for parking and were very happy to find a reserved place with our name on it as it’s a busy area so clos to the sea. It’s well placed for access to the sea and buses. Breakfast was very pod and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

This hotel has a good location near Southsea Beach and is definitely value for money

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a pet but we did see pets joining in for breakfast so obviously they are pet friendly. Lovely hotel.

We love this place and have seen it grow. Always welcoming, clean and the perfect spot for everything.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Parking was difficult and needed to be paid for. Bed was clean and lots of nice pillows. Rooms could do with a deep clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent friendly staff, especially front desk lady when we checked in, she was v helpful re local restaurants. Good choice for breakfast & nice comfy room with great shower

Great place, we had two dogs and stay were so welcoming and a lovely spacious ground floor Florence suite made taking them out easy. Food great too

Overall, it's good but a mixed bag in some aspects. Staff were excellent, room was comfortable but needed some tlc...cracked vanity mirror/mould marks on shower room ceiling/shower head needs limescale cleaning/one set of guest towels not put out. Breakfast was excellent quality, dinner was also good quality, at "top end pub" prices. Very small bar, bottled beers only. Definitely worth paying for reserved parking spaces as local streets are very narrow and very busy. Good location for both Southsea town and seafront. Overall, a positive experience and would definitely consider again!

Lovely hotel, great staff, very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, would highly recommend, only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Great welcome at reception, and our room was ready early! Lovely, spacious room with roomy shower room too. Varied selection of food at breakfast, and large portions! Very comfortably stay - we will Definitely return! Excellent location too!

Pretty little hotel, snuggled in the residental area of Southsea... litrally

Room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished, modern but in keeping with the age and style of the building. Breakfast was fantastic, with a really nice menu to choose from. All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Soutsea and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend paying the extra for a parking bay at the front of the hotel as street parking could be tricky. We stayed to visit family in Southsea and will definitely use this hotel again!

Really nice old house converted into a good hotel. Spacious room, quiet, great breakfast, easy parking. Our arrival was delayed for 5 hours due to Brittany Ferries/bad weather but hotel kept in touch with us and waited on a Sunday evening for our arrival (arrived 22.30!). Will stay again.

Staff were very pleasant . Breakfast offering was very good with attentive service. Unfortunately the additional bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable. It needs to be thrown away, Shame.
