Good service, lovely reception.

Service is good. Room is ok. The place is on Old Street so it easy for us to travel around Old Street. The smell is not good but I already brought essential oil to make the smell better. So after all, I think this hotel is quite good. I will book it next time.

Book a room but there is no room..towing in room 102, the bed is not clean, the room is wet, the shower is damaged .. in the room, there are also mosquitoes. then, so there is no room ... Because I have a night stay, I have to stay and light up ... I think I should check this with the hotel ..

When I came to check in, the room did not clean up, ask the other room staff to clean the room. Then I said I would complain on the site when the staff moved to another room. There are many rooms that force guests in the room has not moved, the room is very dirty toilet, there are many cards in the bed to hit. Pillows are thrown in enough places. I will not turn back.

Good location but the room's smaller than in photos. Also the hotel need to be renovated because it's quite old, one light in the room was broken and there's smell in the room as well. Staffs there are quite good, just the room and the facilities they should renew it. We stayed there once and maybe never come back. Hope the hotel will improve in the future.

I booked 2 rooms for myself and 2 friends. Upon check in, 2 rooms are in a humid, uncomfortable and foul-smelling condition. Not to mention that one room lost all its electricity. The staff will repair it for themselves but it is late to repair it. And the hotel also reports that will return the room. But by the time it was too late, I could not find any other hotel. So my friend had to sleep there 1 night in a disgusting, hot and no electricity. And the hotel next day did not have an apology or attitude about it. In short, I felt the infrastructure was too degraded. Not to mention that the app on the water is free but when paying you still have to pay for used water. advise you to choose another place

Everything is very bad except for the location ok.

To ks had booked but again to another ks, bad room booked a single room but the room has 4 bunk beds. Too bad to understand.
