I would really recommend staying in this hotel if you stay in Kathmandu. You get so much out of your stay. The room is warm, the cable tv, the hot water in the shower, smooth internet, delicious breakfast. The hotel is really supportive if something gets broken in your room. I had the heater not working, tv not turning on, and the water not flowing down the sink - all are fixed within a few hours in one evening. The hotel team are always helpful - they even proactively asked what you need before you’re saying it. The best thing is the team really make sure you enjoy your stay - and I could feel it throughout my stay. The whole stay just felt very personal and warm, unlike when you stay in big hotels. I feel I owe them a decent review after such wonderful stay. Awesome place.
